MEDIA KIT Short Bio Sherlyn Powell
has been called an extraordinary writer. Her vivid imagination led her to creative writing classes to craft her debut novel,
Something Desirable. Though writing is her passion since childhood, she enjoys traveling, networking and photography. Sherlyn
is a member of jamesriverwriters.org, Riverside Writers and Virginia Writer's Club.

Long Bio Sherlyn Powell is an Author, and she studied Business
at Northern Virginia Community College. Although Sherlyn has a business background she has always loved writing. She
wrote her first story when she was in elementary school. She is the author of Something Desirable a romance novel published
in 2008. She is currently writing her second novel. A native of Virginia, she always dreamed of being a writer and a
playwright. She has taking several writing courses and resides in Virginia with her husband.
